On January 21, 2020, the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission held its January Operator Meeting during which Director Robbins announced revised Guidance on the CDPHE Health Study and the voluntary disclosure of information to residents within 2,000’. The new Guidance provides that operators planning on permitting within 0’-2,000’ of a residence may send these individuals the COGCC Memorandum regarding the CDPHE Health Study on a voluntary basis; if the operator chooses not to send this information, the COGCC may send the information itself.
