March 17, 2020 COGCC ANNOUNCES TWO WEEK PAUSE ON MISSION CHANGE RULEMAKING
On March 17, 2020, the COGCC announced a two week pause on the Mission Change Rulemaking and postponed the Stakeholder meeting and Party Status filing dates to March 30, 2020. The Mission Change prehearing conference is rescheduled to April 1, 2020 at 2:00 pm. The COGCC continues to maintain its goal of an early fall effective date for all amended COGCC Rules, and at this time does not foresee any delays impacting this timing.
