March 25, 2020 COGCC ANNOUNCES PAUSE ON MISSION CHANGE RULEMAKING
The COGCC held a virtual hearing on March 25, 2020 wherein the Director and Commissioners agreed to a temporary pause on the Mission Change Rulemaking due to the impacts of COVID-19. The COGCC has since removed all calendared dates and deadlines for requests for party status, the first stakeholder meeting and the initial pre-hearing conference, and will evaluate when to reset these dates the week of April 13, 2020. In the interim, the COGCC invites stakeholders to continue to provide written input on the 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600-Series Rules to be a part of the administrative record.
