May 1, 2020 COGCC RELEASES 800, 900, AND 1200-SERIES MISSION CHANGE RULES AND REVISED HEARING SCHEDULE
On May 1, 2020, the COGCC released updated redlines for the 800, 900 and 1200-Series Mission Change Rules and a revised Rulemaking Schedule. Per the new schedule, COGCC Staff is soliciting Stakeholder input on the 800, 900 and 1200 Series Rules with a request to provide written feedback on these “strawdog” Rules no later than 5:00 pm Friday, May 15, 2020. Staff is also soliciting Stakeholder input on the 100 through 600-Series Rules with a request to provide written feedback no later than 5:00 pm Friday, May 22, 2020. The COGCC will engage in discussions with Parties to the Rulemaking to work through identified issues in the Mission Change Rules in May and June and has scheduled the Prehearing Statement filing date for the entirety of the Mission Change Rules for July 13, 2020. The Rulemaking Hearings will take place between August 24, 2020 through September 10, 2020 in front of the professional Commission.
