August 11, 2020 WOGCC POLICY UPDATE – PROTEST POLICY FOR DRAFT ORDERSpdf
At the August 11, 2020 Meeting of the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (“Commission”), Commission Supervisor Mark Watson announced that given the current status of the industry and the implementation of the new APD Rule, he has updated several policies to address those impacts on the Commission hearings. The Policy for Draft Orders was updated on August 3, 2020. This is the 2nd iteration of this policy, which initially provided that draft orders for any approved application be provided to the Commission within 90 days of the hearing. The Commission will now require draft orders be submitted the week of the hearing, preferably at the Examiner hearing. The updated policy is attached here.
