On December 31, 2019, the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission released a Notice of Rulemaking and draft amended Rules addressing Wellbore Integrity.

On December 17, 2019, the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission held its December Operator Meeting during which the COGCC announced several important Guidance updates.

On December 10, 2019, the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission provided guidance on the timing of filing protests/objections to any Application filed with the Commission.
