COGCC ISSUES DIRECTOR’S DRAFT OBJECTIVE CRITERIA AND GUIDANCE DOCUMENT TO IMPLEMENT SB19-181
On April 19, 2019, the COGCC issued the Director’s draft Objective Criteria and a Guidance Document to address the COGCC’s implementation of SB19-181.
GOVERNOR POLIS SIGNS SB19-181 INTO LAW
On April 16, 2019, Governor Polis signed SB19-181 into law and the legislation is now immediately effective.
SB19-181 PASSES THROUGH SENATE AND WILL BECOME LAW UPON GOVERNOR SIGNATURE
On April 3, 2019, the Colorado Senate passed SB 19-181, which will become law once the Governor signs the bill.
