WOGCC has announced that the Attorney General’s Office will host a working session on June 24th at 9:30 a.m. to discuss and review the changes to the Wyoming Pooling Statute which will go into effect on July 1, 2020.

On June 10, 2020, the COGCC successfully completed the remote Wellbore Integrity Rulemaking and unanimously adopted new Wellbore Integrity Rules which will become effective November 2, 2020.

At this morning’s Commission hearing, held virtually, Supervisor Mark Watson announced that the new Force Pooling Statute, enacted under HB0014, will be effective on July 1, 2020.

On Friday, May 8, 2020, Governor Polis signed Executive Order D 2020 059 extending Executive Order D 2020 033, signed April 9, 2020, suspending the filing and remittance of State severance taxes for a period of one month due to the presence of COVID-19 in Colorado.
