COGCC UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTS NEW WELLBORE INTEGRITY RULES
On June 10, 2020, the COGCC successfully completed the remote Wellbore Integrity Rulemaking and unanimously adopted new Wellbore Integrity Rules which will become effective November 2, 2020.

On Friday, May 8, 2020, Governor Polis signed Executive Order D 2020 059 extending Executive Order D 2020 033, signed April 9, 2020, suspending the filing and remittance of State severance taxes for a period of one month due to the presence of COVID-19 in Colorado.
