July 31, 2019 COGCC ADOPTS RULE 500-SERIES AMENDMENTS
On July 31, 2019, the COGCC unanimously adopted amended Rule 500-Series Rules to incorporate process and procedural changes to the 500-Series Rules following the enactment of SB19-181. The Commission largely supported COGCC Staff’s proposed amendments to the Rules. The Commission expects to begin implementing the amended 500-Series Rules in the Fall of 2019.
