December 6, 2019 COGCC ANNOUNCES THAT SB19-181 RULEMAKING HAS BEEN CONSOLIDATED AND CONTINUED
On December 6, 2019, the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission announced that the Mission Change, Cumulative Impacts and Alternative Location Analysis Rulemakings will be consolidated into one hearing to begin in April 2020. In addition, the COGCC confirmed that it will be scheduling a Wellbore Integrity Rulemaking for the February 26-27, 2020 Hearing. More information on the scheduled Rulemakings required by SB19-181 can be found on the COGCC website.
