March 15, 2020 COGCC FILES NOTICE OF HEARING FOR APRIL-MAY 2020 MISSION CHANGE RULEMAKING
On March 15, 2020, the COGCC submitted a Notice of Rulemaking for the 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600-Series Amended Rules. The Notice of Rulemaking sets the following Rulemaking dates and deadlines:
Rulemaking Dates:
April 29-30, 2020
May 6-8, 2020
May 13-15, 2020
May 27-29, 2020
First stakeholder meeting: Monday, March 23, 2020 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Deadline for party status: on or before Monday, March 23, 2020, 5:00 p.m.
Prehearing conference: Tuesday, March 24, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
All written comments (to DNR_COGCC.Rulemaking@state.co.us): Wednesday, April 22, 2020, 5:00 p.m.
