June 19, 2020 COGCC FORMALLY NOTICED 800, 900 AND 1200-SERIES RULES
The COGCC formally noticed the 800, 900 and 1200-Series Rules on June 19, 2020. The Notice of Rulemaking, draft Statement of Basis and Purpose, and draft 800, 900 and 1200-Series Rules can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1M3m_BhUXU5tPhDL0jSSVsY0pnAOcYrAj. The Notice of Rulemaking includes multiple Stakeholder dates including a Stakeholder Meeting on June 29, a Prehearing Conference for Parties on June 30, and Commission hearing dates between August 24 and September 10, 2020 with the 100 through 600-Series Rules.
