Yesterday, City and County of Denver Mayor Michael Hancock issued a “Stay-at-Home” Order that goes into effect at 5:00 pm today, Tuesday, March 24th, and will continue through April 10th. In compliance with the Order, Jost Energy Law will close our physical office effective immediately, however, all attorneys and staff are fully available to our clients and the oil and gas industry via our website www.jostenergylaw.com, individual email, our physical office phone number, and our cell phones. Prior to Governor Polis’ March 22, 2020 executive order and the Mayor’s proclamation yesterday, Jost Energy Law had instituted significant precautions against the spread of COVID-19 and will continue to #DoyourpartCO and to #StoptheSpread.
