March 6, 2019 SB19-181 PASSES THROUGH SENATE TRANSPORTATION AND ENERGY COMMITTEE

SB19-181 was heard in the Senate Transportation & Energy Committee on March 6, 2019 with 12 hours of testimony from both proponents and opponents. L009 was approved – expands rulemaking language for wellbore rulemaking

L010 was approved – increased worker certification requirements

L012 was approved – strikes Section 4 contentious language around land use authority

L014 was approved – clarifies emissions monitoring for facilities with large emissions and would be phased in
