May 8, 2020 UPDATE – JOST ENERGY LAW ATTORNEYS AND STAFF TO CONTINUE REMOTE WORK

It’s hard to believe, but next week will mark the 8th week since the state-wide Stay-At-Home Order was issued. As of May 8th, Mayor Hancock’s Order will expire. However, Jost Energy Law will adopt Governor Polis’ Safer-At-Home recommendation to do our part in further protecting our staff, our loved ones, and the community at large. Jost Energy Law employees will continue to telecommute as much as possible, with rotating staff in-office, and full staff and attorneys available remotely. Our plan is to reevaluate at the end of May, and we look forward to potentially resuming in-office operations at 50% capacity starting June 1st.  For the time being, we are thankful for the ability to continue working at a distance and feel it is our responsibility to do so. Rest assured we remain open for business and fully available to our clients for all legal needs. Please contact us at any time via email, phone, or our website. Be well everyone!
