March 19, 2020 WOGCC APRIL 14th, 2020 CONTESTED HEARING POSTPONED
Following the release of Governor Gordon’s Executive Order 2020-2, “Declaration of a State of Emergency and a Public Health Emergency”, regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has announced that the April 14, 2020 Meeting of the Commission will be postponed. All contested matter and matters scheduled to be heard before the Commission on April 14, 2020 will be continued by Staff to the May 12, 2020 hearing. Regarding Examiner matters, those matters will proceed as scheduled with individual Examiners but will be done telephonically.
