April 27, 2020 WOGCC CANCELS IN-PERSON MAY 12, 2020 COMMISSION HEARINGS
The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission announced late yesterday afternoon that there will be no in-person hearings for the May 12, 2020 Commission hearings. All contested matters will be continued to the June 9, 2020 Docket. The Commission will be holding three Flaring Application hearings via Zoom and there will be a link to a live YouTube stream to view the flaring hearings. The Commission hopes to garner enough experience using the virtual platform to be able to hold future contested cases via Zoom, if necessary. WOGCC hearing examiners will still hear examiner matters via teleconference the week of May 12, 2020.
