June 15, 2020 WOGCC WORK SESSION FOR WYOMING POOLING STATUTE CHANGES
WOGCC has announced that the Attorney General’s Office will host a working session on June 24 at 9:30 a.m. to discuss and review the changes to the Wyoming Pooling Statute which will go into effect on July 1, 2020. The working session will discuss all amendments made to WY Statute § 30-5-109, review a WOGCC draft Order template for Pooling Orders and a draft sundry statement. The webinar information is not yet available, but Jost Energy Law will provide that information when it is available.
