The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission unanimously adopted an amendment to COGCC Rule 310 to increase the mill levy from 1.1 mills ($0.0011 per dollar value) to 1.5 mills ($0.0015 per dollar value).

The July 2020, hearing was held at the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (“Commission”) this morning.

On July 6, 2020, the COGCC ruled on a Motion filed by the Western and Rural Local Government Coalition and Garfield County in the 800, 900 and 1200-Series Mission Change Rulemaking and granted the request to defer the Rulemaking hearing on these three Rule Series.

On June 30, 2020, the COGCC filed a Notice of Conservation Levy Rulemaking to raise the current mill levy from 1.1 to the cap of 1.7 mills.

The working session held on June 24, 2020, hosted by the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Attorney General, provided an analysis of the new amendments made to the Wyoming Force Pooling Statute § 30-5-109 enacted by HB 0014.

The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has provided that the July 14, 2020 Hearings before the Commission will be held in person.
