As a reminder, pursuant to COGCC Rule 205.c, an Operator that has filed a Form 1 and is operating one or more Wells in Colorado must file a Form 1B, “Mitigation Fee” (formerly “Annual Registration”) by no later than August 1, 2022.

On June 15, 2022, the COGCC issued a Notice to Operators (NTO) extending the Form 3 initial Financial Assurance Plan filing deadline for Operators with 50 or more wells from July 1, 2022 to September 15, 2022.
